How to Make Ginger Water to Treat Migraines, Heart Burn, Joint and Muscle Pain

Ginger is mentioned in ancient Chinese, Indian and Middle Eastern writing, and had been prized throughout several millennia for its culinary and medicinal properties.

Ginger is high in potassium and manganese, which are very important for heart function. Manganese  builds resistance to disease and protects the lining of the heart and circulatory system.  Ginger is loaded with silicon. It contributes to healthy skin, hair, teeth and nails.  It contains Vitamins A, C, E, and the B complex, along with magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, zinc, calcium, and beta-carotene.

A study published in the Journal of Natural Products found that crude ginger extracts and gingerol derivatives could prevent joint inflammation. A later study, published in Phytotherapy Research, discovered that ginger could alleviate neuropathic pain in rats.
Ginger contains potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols which help treat joint, muscle, and nerve pain. Ginger has also been scientifically proven is case series studies to help prevent migraine headaches when taken regularly.
